” Yoga teacher training was recently completed. This training is highly recommended for beginners. In this training teachers were watching every moment and explaining about that with instructions carefully. When I was trying to learn yoga “i can’t able to learn and understand at other classes because their way of teaching was not really good. Just they didn’t taught about exercises and asanas but also they clearly taught us about the reason behind doing exercises and asanas.
