This YIC course at our organization helps you to start your yoga journey which can be completed in one month(residential), three months (non-residential). The course covers all the basic practices of Traditional yoga which includes introduction to the study of principal yogasanas, pranayama, meditation, kriyas with systematic teaching methodology, you will be a certified trainer with VYASA YIC Certificate the end of this course.

Program Qualifications :

Minimum Qualification to attend the course is he/she must hold 10th class
certificate

Theory and practical includes Breathing Techniques, Asanas, Pranayamas, Meditation Techniques, etc…

The main Objective of the course is to acquire and transform the knowledge to be able to teach Yoga with confidence.

On the completion of this course, the student will be able to teach yoga to the general public and even having health complaints.

Program Attendance Criteria and eligibility for
certification

A student must require minimum 90 % attendance

On successfully passing the exam, students will be awarded a certificate – Basic
Teacher Training Certificate (300 hours) by Paadham organization, which is Affiliated
to Svyasa university Bengaluru.
